Selected with passion by wine steward Julie Coulombe, the establishment’s assistant manager, the Bayou Restaurant and Pub wine list features not only a selection of grand crus but also some easier-to-discover excellent finds.

 

After training as a professional wine steward at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec, Julie Coulombe completed a number of internships in France, notably as a wine steward and in restaurant services.
